What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team genuinely wants to empower all their agents to succeed, and are always finding ways to help continually educate and support us. I've worked at both smaller and larger brokerages, and hands-down, Intero leads the brokerages in training, resources, partnerships, and culture.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
intimate family culture with the support of everyone from the CEO down through the organization. Parent company is HomeServices of America under Warren Buffet's Berkshire Company so we have amazing resources and partnerships available to us
