Mr. Christopher F. Carroll, CPA, has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller of Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. since April 23, 2006. Mr. Carroll served as Senior Vice President of Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. since March 23, 2006. He served as Controller of the McCann WorldGroup. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer of Eyetech Pharmaceuticals from June 2004 to November 2005 and MIM Corporation from January 2003 to June 2004. At both Eyetech and MIM, he was responsible for all aspects of the financial organization including the controllership function, regulatory reporting and financial press releases, factory and cost accounting, accounting policy, tax accounting and compliance, budgeting and forecasting, the internal audit function and commercial product distribution. Mr. Carroll served as Financial Vice President of Lucent Technologies, the global communications network equipment supplier, from 2001 to January 2003. He served as Vice President, Chief Accountant and Controller of Avaya Communications, a communications systems, applications and services company, from 2000 to July 2001. He spent 10 years in public accounting at the New York offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in technology and communications. Mr. Carroll is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Internal Auditors , and the New York State Society of CPAs. He holds his Bachelor of Science with honors in accounting and business law from the Saint Frances College in New York.
