They do not micro manage smaller teams.
Relaxed attitudes, seem to want to help you do better, not just punish for doing wrong.

It includes the medical insurance which is best required for me and my family.
Paid time off is abundant
They allow for a lot of time off

We always practice proper communication and coordination.
Friendly, positive, hard working, helpful
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve attitude, we would work together better if there was less negativity
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our manager is always encouraging the open communication though we are multicultural
Working from home has been a blessing.

The questions were challenging and useful to work and the organization.
It was very relaxed and did not feel super formal.
Very straight forward, they didn't try to trip me up or catch me off guard.
