Mr. Jay C. Cho has been an Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Thin Film Equipment at Intevac Inc. since January 06, 2014. Mr. Cho has over 25 years of senior management and technical experience in the high-technology industry. He joined Intevac Inc. from REEnewal Corporation, which he founded and where he served as chief executive officer since 2011. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of Orbotech's test and repair business units, which he joined in 2006. Mr. Cho also served as General Manager and Vice President of Novellus??? Surface Integrity Group. Mr. Cho's extensive high-technology experience spans the semiconductor and flat panel display capital equipment sectors and the rare earth recycling market. He served as Vice President of Product Development at Metara, Inc. Mr. Cho joined Metara in April 2005. With more than 17 years of experience in system design, software engineering and product development in the semiconductor industry. Prior to Metara, he spent more than 13 years at Novellus Systems. Mr. Cho holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Washington State University and an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix.
