That I never see or have to interact with them.

They are all supportive and are great at their jobs. We all work well as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people are generally postive, so take it it turns to boost whoever is feeling down.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was a temp looking for a permanent role, so the interview was realxed. Probably not the typical interview.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'd like to be paid market rate an absolute minimum. Bonus plan, pension plan and cost of living pay increases would also be nice.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is being segmented to be sold off to make money for Apollo. It feels as though this is the only goal and people are irrelevant.
