I truly do enjoy working at Intrado. There have been a number of changes over the years since I first started. Like all changes some good, some not so good. Overall it is a great place to work with opportunities to grow through a commitment to training and developing of employee talent.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work flexibility and diversity. Freedom to contact a manager or above with an issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not a micromanager environment, allowed to do my job and are always available for direction or assistance if needed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part is a required, no exception yearly performance evaluation, pay compensation is based on evals. The other benefit compensations are an industry standard compensation. This is one area I believe the company could do more to attract or retain quality employees.
