Performance managers are outstanding. They understand the problems with the executive leadership and decisions, but cannot do anything about it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all share the same struggle about how clown shoes the corporation runs our division, so it makes it a little better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to quit trying to re-invent the wheel and invest money into infrastructure and employees. We need so many things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay scale for the technical work is sad and raises are a maximum of 2% per year - no merit or performance raises (although they say they do.)
