Intrado is in the midst of a lot of growth, and a lot of change. With change comes opportunity for individual growth, and I've been able to take advantage of that with my manager by my side.

The flexibility and ability to work on my own to solve issues is fantastic. The pay raises (1% per year) and health insurance ($17k max out of pocket per year) are horrible.
