Joel D. Liffmann — Senior Vice President of Finance at Intrexon Corporation

He has been a Director of Clinicor Inc. since November 1998 and is a Member of Compensation and Audit Committees. He serves as a Director at Robert Bosch Healthcare Systems, Inc., Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, Inc. and Health Hero Network, Inc. He has been Director of Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corp. since September 2005. He serves on the boards of several of Vestar's portfolio companies.
