He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Proneuron Biotechnologies Inc. He has extensive experience in management, business development and finance from within the pharmaceutical industry. He has over 20 years of diverse international experience in large global businesses in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostics industries. Mr. Nimrodi served as the Chief Executive Officer at Mindsense Biosystems Ltd. Before joining Mindsense, he was employed by the Israeli pharmaceutical company, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. Mr. Nimrodi joined Life Technologies in 2007 and served in numerous executive roles, including Chief Executive Officer and Board Member of Life Technologies Israel, Head of Protein Technologies and most recently Vice President and General Manager of Food Safety and Animal Health since 2010. While at Life Technologies, he played a key part in its growth, culminating in its recent acquisition, which represents the largest transaction to-date for this space at $13.6 billion. He served as the Finance Director of the branded products division of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries and also served as its Finance Director at the corporate headquarters. He served as a Director of Proneuron Biotechnologies, Inc. Mr. Nimrodi earned a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
