What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus is all cash rather than mostly stock

Base salary, bonus, benefits, vacation

Time off and hybrid flexibility

Higher salary, bonus structure than previous firms

Paid less than market standards

No link between pay and performance

Doesn't seem on par with people that have 10 years experience and they don't understand what it actually takes to do my job which is very specific.
