Mr. Eric Paschal Johnson is a Senior Vice President at Invesco Advisers, Inc. Mr. Johnson serves as the Head of US Institutional Distribution, Sales, Client Service and Consultant Relations and Senior Managing Director at Invesco Ltd., and previously served as the Head of U.S. Sales, Client Service and Consultant Relations since February 8, 2010. He earlier led the firm's U.S. regional sales, service and consultant relations teams to define and execute strategy and targets, work with investment, product and marketing teams to develop and deliver compelling solutions for clients and collaborate with the firm's colleagues worldwide to enhance the business' market profile and strengthen relationships with consultants and clients. Previously, Mr. Johnson has been a Vice President of Commercial Banking at FirstMerit Corporation since May 15, 2005. He was also a Managing Director and Head of Americas Institutional Distribution at Neuberger Berman since 2005. Prior to this, Mr. Johnson served as a Managing Director and Head of North America Institutional Sales at Morgan Stanley Investment Management from 2004 to 2005. He also served as a Director of Marketing and Client Service at Sound Shore Management from 2003 to 2004. Previously, Mr. Johnson served as an Executive Vice President and Head of Product Management & Global Institutional Sales at Alliance Capital Management from 1989 to 2003. He also served as a Senior Vice President, Institutional Sales at Indata from 1985 to 1989 and a Vice President of Asset Management Sales at Travelers Investment Management Company from 1980 to 1985.
