Mr. Starr served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Janus Capital Group, Inc., from August 2003 to June 26, 2005 and Vice President from January 2003 to August 2003. He served as the Head of Corporate Finance from 1998 to 2001 at Putnam Investments. Mr. Starr served as the Chief Financial Officer of Invesco Aim Capital Management, Inc. He worked in corporate finance at Lehman Brothers and at Morgan Stanley & Co. Mr. Starr served as the Chairman of Association For Financial Professionals, Inc., and serves as its Director. He serves as the Board Chair of GLISI. Mr. Starr is a Certified Treasury Professional. He has studied Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. from Columbia University and an M.S. in Operations Research from Carnegie Mellon University.
