Investing in growth areas. Having any semblance of coherent strategy with regards to business unit placement (e.g. ETFs not under investments). Paying investment and tech performers as much as sales is paid. Motivating loyalty. Incentivizing performance.
Everything. They have taken a big successful compaby and drowned it.
Paid less than market standards
No link between pay and performance
Doesn't seem on par with people that have 10 years experience and they don't understand what it actually takes to do my job which is very specific.
Less bureacracy. More action. More emphasis on performance.
Incentivize performance for teams other than sales. Otherwise loyalty will never get built. You may view all products as things to be commoditized, but the people actually achieving that are not commodities.
Focus on innovation, execution and hire people who are nice but also know how to move the needle.

No focus on clients. Everything is built around keepibrg executives in power and having good earnings calls (which they dont)
Work is not exciting or innovate. Very stuck on status quo.
