Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Once my manager agrees that I deserve a raise they submit it for approval. Approval always takes too long. Some times as much as 6 months. In those cases I feel like the company is getting months of work from me at rate A after they agree I'm worth rate B.
