Very much talented and proactive. Have clear roadmaps, vision and focus.

I think entry level packages are fair and the company has shown a willingness to increase pay to retain top performers

What are some of the best things about your team?
Good coordination, very planned and focused.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication can improve. Some employees seem to de-prioritize requests from other departments which can be frustrating
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People do collaborate to meet the goal faster.
The team has fun. Many employees are long tenured, that's a good sign
