There is no rank. When I am working on a solution, I can go to anyone in the company for help or answers.
They are down to earth amazing

Overall everything we are more like a family the work
We rely on each other and cover for the team always. No sidelines.

Everybody works hard. From the CEO down, everyone does their job. We treat each other with respect and compassion.

It was pretty casual and unstructured.
They really get to know who you really are. No way to trick them.

Working remote, which allows me to focus on tasks without interruptions from people "popping into my office".
