Close-knit, family atmosphere. Everyone is always happy to lend a hand!

They always have an open door policy to come talk to them about anything and everything.

We all work very hard, but take the time to have fun with each other, talk about non-related work things, play games, catch up, the works.

I couldn't ask for a better group of immediate team members. They make me excited to come to work every day to collaborate on achieving our goals

Everything you read about Ionic as a fantastic workplace and culture is true. What you read is what you get. It's an amazing place to work with incredibly intelligent people who care about each other and the work we're doing
What makes you most happy at work?
The freedom to express my thoughts and management listens to what I have to say. I get to work on projects that make an impact on how the company is presented to the market. I also get to work with a variety of groups and play a role in many different aspects of the company's performance.
