Handled COVID19 with professionalism not many of us got covid
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Quit lying to employees. Go with quality instead of quantity. Wuick fudging the numbers.

espp plan is great and competitive

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Never worked at a place where they say "that's not my job. I'm nit doing that. " and get away with it. This is a physical job. Why let people inunion when they can't ot won't do their job

HR not tell new employees they will b on day shift. HR telling new employees they can go home & walk their dog cause they live close
