What do you like best about the leadership team?
The IQPC Leadership Team is hands on and in the trenches with their people, they have a strong understanding of the business and what it takes in each role to succeed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to treat their employees with dignity
They need to improve the topics they choose for projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive versus market with strong performance related pay elements
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salaries are way too low
You only feel valued if you do well and that can change VERY quickly. If you are a star you can do what you want including sexism, fighting and drugs.
The company deceives its customers and does not award compensation according to who does the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dynamic, focused team that work together to drive the events success. Work hard, play hard culture
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop hiring fresh grads and teaching them to bombard clients with almost no knowledge or common sense.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
most people get on well.

It's exciting to work with young, dynamic and passionate people. It's also great to be in a business where you are learning new things every day, both skill and about the broader business world and the challenges they face.
