They need to improve the topics they choose for projects.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You only feel valued if you do well and that can change VERY quickly. If you are a star you can do what you want including sexism, fighting and drugs.
The company deceives its customers and does not award compensation according to who does the work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop hiring fresh grads and teaching them to bombard clients with almost no knowledge or common sense.
