What do you like best about the leadership team?
Candid - proactive - powerful - caring
It is a pretty balanced company, cant really determine which and which is a leadership team, everyone kind of relates together which to me is more important
Open communication, transparency, supportive, motivational
They care about people more than sometimes they share. Example is the company approach regarding people during our current COVID-19 crisis, protecting people at all possible costs. In recent years the team is more approachable and more communicative.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is fair relative to market
An annual innovation sabbatical for two weeks!
Healthcare, travel, pension, volunteer days, Innovation sabbatical
The overall health and pension package is very good. It makes a difference of thousands of euros if you compare to what other companies might offer.
