What do you like best about the leadership team?
Candid - proactive - powerful - caring
It is a pretty balanced company, cant really determine which and which is a leadership team, everyone kind of relates together which to me is more important
Open communication, transparency, supportive, motivational
They care about people more than sometimes they share. Example is the company approach regarding people during our current COVID-19 crisis, protecting people at all possible costs. In recent years the team is more approachable and more communicative.
