Salaries aren't competitive with the market. Little room for promotion and low salary increases each year despite record breaking performances

A colleague died and left behind a wife and three kids. The regional office didn't even phone or send a card to the family. A living wage not bare legal minimum

My personal compensation has been capped because of IRI's salary banding structure. Because they hired me at one level, they told me "you make too much to get a merit increase this year" 3 years out of 9. When I asked how to get out of my current payband, I was told I would have to switch teams
