What do you like best about the leadership team?Good listener's ,fair and very understanding.
What do you like best about the leadership team? They seem both knowledgeable and in touch with reality
What did you like most about the interview process? The interview process was terrible. Like some sort of hazing, it lasted for 5 months I had 6 interviews and it was for a low level position. The hiring HR team even got frustrated when I checked in which of course I did this was the longest hiring process by far in my entire career.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?being transparent to the rest of the team. they lie through their teeth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salaries aren't competitive with the market. Little room for promotion and low salary increases each year despite record breaking performances
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Work on improving all staff morale
