The people band together within teams, but the organizational decisions pit teams against one another to compete for resources with little to no support or guidance from "above".
The interview process was terrible. Like some sort of hazing, it lasted for 5 months I had 6 interviews and it was for a low level position. The hiring HR team even got frustrated when I checked in which of course I did this was the longest hiring process by far in my entire career.
