What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We generally just see "people" when we deal with "people" (Nothing less), and we always place "people first" (Nothing else).

Flexible schedule, fun and diverse people, free snacks and beverages, beautiful office.

We are a very diverse group of people that value what each team member's uniqueness brings to our culture. We all support each other, and the atmosphere is real, it doesn't feel rehearsed or fake.
