What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable leadership team and open to suggestions.
Very engaged, critical and proactive
Lead from the front , with a clear vision on direction of taking the company
Working hard and play hard
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have been transferred 4 times in 2 years to do the same job, so I'm going to assume that they don't find my position particularly unnecessary. Not only location, but departments as well. I feel that they don't have a clear vision or goal to work towards.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Varied benefits and opportunities to give back.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for a little over 5 years, and from the day I started, I have only gotten a cost-of-living-adjustment, but not something that would traditionally be called a raise. Additionally, while I started as salary, they moved me down to hourly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dynamic, meet regularly, sharing of experience and expertise.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have no team. I'm just the hot potato of the office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hard working but equally care about wellbeing and safety
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There needs to be better communication and training. Not teaching a job, and reprimanding the worker for not being able to do it only gives birth to a vicious cycle.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My leader now, he's also the person who had interviewed me.

Opportunity to apply skills (new and experienced) as well as offer solutions and efficiencies regularly.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I just need out. I feel underappreciated and underpaid.
