What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy having the flexibility I need to have a good quality work life balance. I can work hard and still enjoy my life outside of work.
Freedom to work at my own pace and knowing that my voice is heard.
I'm getting to use current web technologies and architectures. I also get immediate feedback from our sales team on how the site is doing and feel like I'm making meaningful contributions that make people happy.
