Mr. Charles H. Fedalen, Jr. also known as Chip, has been Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive Vice President of The Irvine Company LLC since 2014. Mr. Fedalen served as the Head of Wells Fargo's Commercial Real Estate's Institutional and Metro Markets Group at Wells Fargo & Company. Mr. Fedalen served as the Head of Real Estate Banking at Wells Fargo & Company. Mr. Fedalen is on the advisory board of the Urban Land Institute's Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate and is a past ULI trustee. He previously served as an executive board member with the Boy Scouts of America, Orange County Council. From 1983 to 1996, Mr. Fedalen served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve (active and inactive).
