Mr. Dave Moore serves as the President of Retail Properties of The Irvine Company LLC. Mr. Moore oversees the Irvine Company's portfolio of 41 regional, community and neighborhood centers as well as retail space at the Irvine Company's apartment communities. Mr. Moore joined the Irvine Company as the Retail Properties group expands its portfolio in Orange County and Silicon Valley. Mr. Moore joined the Irvine Company in September 2014 from Portland, Oregon-based Harsch Investment Properties, a real estate company with more than 130 industrial, retail and apartment holdings in Oregon, Washington, California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah. He joined Harsch in 2011 and served as Senior Vice President of retail operations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Moore managed Trammell Crow's Retail Development and Investment Initiative and spent 11 years with MBK Northwest, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Moore holds a bachelor's in international studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
