Keith Eyrich — Chairman of Retail Properties and President of Retail Properties at Irvine Company

Mr. Keith Eyrich serves as the Chairman of Retail Properties and President of Retail Properties at The Irvine Company, LLC. Mr. Eyrich oversees all of Irvine's retail operations. Mr. Eyrich has a 20-year relationship. He held numerous positions within Retail Properties group, including Senior Vice President of Development; Vice President of Operations; Vice President of Leasing; and General Counsel. His background includes law practice with Cox, Castle and Nicholson, where his clients included shopping center owners, developers and managers. He served as Assistant General Counsel to Vons Grocery Company. He serves as a Trustee at International Council Of Shopping Centers Inc. He was Western Division Vice President of International Counsel of Shopping Centers. He is a Member of the Board of Directors of the California Business Properties Association. He was a Trustee of International Counsel of Shopping Centers. He is licensed to practice law in California and Hawaii. Mr. Eyrich has degrees from California State University, Long Beach and Pepperdine University School of Law.
