Patricia Frobes — Group Senior VP of Legal Affairs & Risk Management, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Irvine Company

Ms. Patricia Frobes served as Secretary, General Counsel and Group Senior Vice President for Legal Affairs and Risk Management of The Irvine Company LLC. Ms. Frobes served as Vice Chair and General Partner of O'Melveny & Myers from 2001 to 2003 and General Partner of O'Melveny & Myers from 1979 to 2001. She was responsible for managing all major strategic firm-wide initiatives throughout the world. In her role with Irvine Company, Ms. Frobes overseen all of The Irvine Company LLC's legal, risk management and internal audit divisions. Ms. Frobes has practiced in the transactional area for over 20 years, with a particular emphasis in real estate investment and development. Ms. Frobes also served as Vice Chair of O'Melveny & Myers from 2001 to 2003. She served as a Director of Zions Bancorporation from April 25, 2003 to June 2, 2017 and its Independent Lead Director from 2014 to June 2, 2017. She is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers; a past chair of the California State Bar, Real Property Section Executive Committee from 1989 to 1990 and past co-chair of the California State Bar, Joint Committee on Reform of Anti-Deficiency Laws from 1986 to 1990. She also has served as a member of the boards of trustees for the Ballet Pacifica and the Newport Harbor Art Museum. Ms. Frobes is listed in Best Lawyers in America, 2002; Who's Who Legal and International Who's Who of Business Lawyers 2002; Southern California Super Lawyers 2003 and 2004 and Top 50 Southern California Female Lawyers 2004. Ms. Frobes received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah College of Law and her BS in political science from Antioch College.
