Salary package is entirely fixed
it is fair and includes all benefits I need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay not currently the best but they are looking to address that especially on the current climate
Better compensation and benefits that aren't so costly. Also actually listening to what we have to say would be great too.
I work real hard and get paid minimum wage
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cooperative, helpful, supportive and has good bonding
they all into job and friendly
great people, they know what they are doing

Getting to work on time
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
that it reflects our core values
It is very positive with a lot of helpful people around
weekends off and following courses

laid back flexible, fun and serious at the same time

If they paid us better for one
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and simple, technical personality and then management interview
that it was relaxed and informal
The interview process is not very long with adequate level of difficulty
qsking work related questions and friendley manner during the process

Everything chance to grow and develop and move to new and interesting roles
the freedom to complete my work without too much managerial input
