What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to be better about delegating tasks, communicating clearly and pre-planning. Also accepting responsibility for poor experimental results.
Stop micro-Managing field staff & cut back on CRM
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Insurance is good and dental too
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have had surgery & wasnt paid during recovery
The way I was treated - management was hard to deal with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Loyal harworking team sprit and funny
Smart people on science and in labs.

Less intervention during working hours
