What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great personalities and listen to my comments and concerns.
Very friendly, always happy to help. Regular contract by them making sure everyone on the team is okay always making sure have everything needed to succeed
Should be more communications and we should do in rotations different sites for improvements and for our development
Communication between senior leadership at a global and country level is excellent. We are included and informed at every stage of the companies development and growth.

Listening to the employees and actually paying attention to the problems on site
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My health insurance is top notch.
Remote working more important than pay
Educational support for the development of all employees is excellent.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should have some types of meetings between us from different sites, the superiors should appreciate us more not only when is about finances
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is motivated to bring their best self to work and we meet with our teams at the start of each shift and begin the day the right way. My team really feel like my family, we have trust, honesty and deliver quality service to our customers.
We are helping each other which is amazing

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone os hardworking, but we all spend time together off hours to get to know each other better.
The attention to Diversity and Inclusion.
Diversity and inclusion are both high on everyone's agenda. ISS have always made me feel welcome, no matter what site or office I visit, everyone works together and help each other. Each day we want to enjoy together and work towards a common goal and share wonderful experiences with our customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and easy. They had a difficult background check that took awhile but ensures that people are quality assets to the company.
Very quick, not dragged out.
