Leadership must be in hands of a leader who is experienced and who can communicate with employee well. ITamerica lacks that leadership. employees come and go, its a day to day routine for it and they are also habituated to it.

Compensation is less, experienced people will earn as much as juniors. No good benefits or rewards.
