Many of us are salary which means we're expected to work more than 8 hours apparently, it would be nice if the pay for the 8 hours reflected that.

I feel undervalued because my team isn't as celebrated as much as I think it should. I would feel better if we were offered bonuses
Benefits do not seem to be aligned with other companies in the same sector.
I feel some people are unfairly rewarded and it is contributing to a micro-manager culture. Roles should be better defined, feedback given more often, and expectations should be clear and measurable.

I don't feel undervalued, I AM undervalued. I came in knowing that my pay would be less than ideal, but hoped that in time, the company's growth would lead to good opportunities and an increase in compensation. The company has grown substantially, compensation has not.
Compensation is lower than average and the hours worked are much more than a normal 40 hour work week.
Clearer communication, more autonomy/more say in what happens.

It has become very clear in my time here that the engineering department is favored and their needs are prioritized over the other departments. In the launch of our new CRM, they were praised while other departments had to deal with built wrong on the system.
