You will be better compensated when you leave.
Decent pay. Not difficult work. Better than other schools
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They get the most out of individuals by understaffing. So, while the compensation is good for the job it isn't good for the additional duties

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work with a mixed team - some are valuable members others are not.
Some need to get better educated and recognize that the students we have are our students.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun to work with students. Great place to have good conversations

Very friendly managers and really cool interview process

They got too greedy and this was there undoing.
