What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being paid in harmony with the rest of the team. Not having to negotiate my pay individually and knowing that I will be taken care of. It's not always easy to talk money.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well thought out articulation between values, expectations, value proposition. In constant evolution and improvement, as we grow and expand. Remote first allows us to add talent most anywhere in the world, and work together as a team.

The autonomy to plan and present proposals to resolve the challenges we face, rather than using a cookie-cutter approach. The opportunity to work with smart people that are a good fit for out culture.
