What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put all trust on drivers and are very professional and answer every question
Have to worry about if the loads will be ready when you are forced to sixth day. The mangers sit home on the weekend and go home early every day and sometimes dont come to work. Throw safety out the door cause its not part of them

Real diversity in all ways.
knowing drivers by their names and personally meeting them.appreciating the drivers who have been there over the years.making sure they are getting a load long in advance so the driver does not have to sit waiting and losing money.
