help each other out and look out for each other on the road.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

we are the ones on the front line.taking the abuse and the company most of the times not backing us up.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

improve worker/company relations ..appreciate the workers more.bring them in every once in a while and show them they are not just a number.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

10 years and a million miles accident free....and im not making any more then when i first started.newbies coming in not even knowing how to drive,getting more miles and more pay.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

knowing drivers by their names and personally meeting them.appreciating the drivers who have been there over the years.making sure they are getting a load long in advance so the driver does not have to sit waiting and losing money.
