Real diversity in all ways.
knowing drivers by their names and personally meeting them.appreciating the drivers who have been there over the years.making sure they are getting a load long in advance so the driver does not have to sit waiting and losing money.

My coworkers are hardworking. They are very complacent and this hinders innovation and collaborations.

Leadership change in department! Promotion of people that work at JBHT - not looking outside as much!
improve worker/company relations ..appreciate the workers more.bring them in every once in a while and show them they are not just a number.
