What are some of the best things about your team?
I do not have any at the time
Everyone is committed to improving the current state of the business.
We don't have meetings and my service manager continues to cut corners like changing dates on old products that we should have thrown away months ago. That's just one example The biggest issue I have is not being paid fairly for all the work that I'm doing.

Everyone is usually in a good mood to be there. The work environment is safe because we think before we act.
