How flexible is your work schedule at J!NX?
There is some flexibility if you have an appointment, or a child care issue or a special engagement. However, the mentality is really "clock-punching". They absolutely expect you to be there in person for the whole work day. No working from home. No leaving 5 minutes early. It's old school in that way.
