What do you like best about the leadership team?
Real unorganized company everyone is underpaid
we are team so we help each other in the company

Communication, they weren't communicative at all.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
we have complete satisfaction in what we are doing in the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Maybe getting a raise . I been working there for 3 years and only received a .50 cent raise
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I was in charge of was good at doing their job and they were good people.

That our manager is real laid back
we are all liberated as far as working process is concern

Everything from work life balance to how management treats employees.
