What did you like most about the interview process?No one is trained to do real interviews... It makes getting the job easy, to some, since it's wholly based on personality and good looks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Employees were forced to ship out hundreds of orders so the VP's could hit their shipment targets for their own bonus at the expense of good customer service. Customer experience should be at the forefront, not the background.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Employees overextending themselves cannot be the permanent solution to this organizations failure for properly plan resources. VP's need to be respectful, cordial, and welcome new ideas without being condescending and treating women like secretaries.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Caring about their employees and valuing loyal hardworking people. They spent millions on real estate and new tech at the expense of their employees.
