What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good enough place, but management is lacking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The way that the employees are spoken to. Insurance should be provided. The pay structure should be revised.

The insurance is extremely good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I do feel undervalued. It would be nice to get a recognition for the accomplishments. Teamwork was better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team members are extremely productive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more productive and professional
They can improve the way they speak to and about each other. The owner should be more compassionate rather then a dictator.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people really make me feel good about myself.
