What do you like best about the leadership team?
energetic leadership with clear vision
Janrain's CEO is viewed as a "cultural CEO" - meaning that he leads w/ culture first, strategy second, & execution third - in that order. The CEO drives a leadership style that is about transparency. Janrain has ZERO politics. "What you see is what you get", & "every day is Friday".

The people is what makes my job the best.
The challenge is perfect. My job is perfect for me. My ability to learn and have impact is perfect.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Starved for resources, the ones we have are not optimized/maximized, and just a poor ability to execute
