Ihave 15 years of experience in sales, im a GIA Certified worker , and i saw few people with no certifications or experience getting paid more than me , just a slap on the face.

They lied about starting pay, lied about how quickly you move to the Diamond department if you have expertise already, it's just terrible

My manager did not train me but still expected perfect performance. He was very disrespectful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Coworkers were great. Whole store culture was great. Good company, terrible local manager

Since Jared uses a group sales approach the guests receive the most experienced team salesperson, not just the person they met at the door

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think we should communicate.
They need to improve everything and everywhere. Customer service is poor. They need to actually train people instead of throwing them in and expecting them to know everything.

It would be the diversity
All but the manager were nice, helpful and respectful
Peaceful environment knowing we sell rings to help further futures

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the first one for the store I wanted to work at. They also said I would be hired. I didn't like them moving me to a slower store to help out and stuck me in a department I was over qualified for

Not being micromanaged. Also, Jared is a "corporately structured" environment. All expectations r laid out in black or white

They either got too big to actually function or are too cheap to pay to get good management at district levels
